from my concept notes:
I'd like to see Tiziana in very clear cut lines with medium-small scale embellishments like ruffles and down-to-earth lace/broderie anglaise, kid's craft jewels and big sparkly brooches. A mix of earthy & fabricated glamour, with a child-like quality. A type of stage-fashion that's a little shiny, but you see the earthy origins. Like vintage circus clothes. Big impact when viewed from afar, but the closer you get, the more the used/imperfect/home-made construction is visible in the details. I don't want the finish to be too"clean" and seamless.
Set, arrangement & styling by me, photography by Thi My Lien Nguyen, Graphic Design by Enea Bortone
From the artists and my archives of collected tchotchkes, carpets, vases and furniture, I constructed a cozy and intimate set that honors her inner child and represents the playful "Luce" persona.
